The question on a number of minds of leaders within early childhood education (‘ECE’) is -
How do we reopen our preschools safely and with confidence?
It is certainly topical. Our research shows that as summer approaches, some preschools around the world will be stepping out boldly for summer programmes; others will be resuming their services in September and some are open as usual to support various economies around the world, as parents return to work. One size does not fit all.
At Content With Words, we have been busy supporting educators by:
Writing guides, manuals and factsheets
Participating in conversations and webinars linked to the successful and safe reopening of preschools
Researching effective strategies from a number of nurseries that exemplify good and best practices around the world
So much has changed within such a short time. However, it’s clear that schools and nurseries will reopen.
Our focus is to continue to support our subscribers and with this in mind we have prepared a 20-page Manual - 'How To Reopen a Preschool With Confidence'. The manual is research-based and useful for any setting that is planning to open it’s doors soon. Contents include:
A Sanitisation Guide
Effective Leadership Tips
How To Involve Parents
Ideas For Successful Communication
As an educational service, we also aim to give back at this time and as such a percentage of all payment received from the sale of this Manual will be donated to a preschool for orphans in Malawi. You are welcome to have a look at the website for Sparkle Malawi.
The Manual is available for pre-order here. It will be delivered to your registered email address from 26th June 2020.
We look forward to continuing to serve the ECE community.
